温针灸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效探讨

Therapeutic Effect of Warm Acupuncture on Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

目的探讨中医温针灸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(Diabetes Peripheral Neuropathy,DPN)的疗效。方法选取2021年7月—2022年7月山东德州陵城区人民医院收治的82例DPN患者作为研究对象。以抽签法随机分为对照组、观察组,各41例。对照组以常规方案治疗,观察组常规方案基础上加用温针灸治疗。比较两组治疗疗效、运动神经传导速度、感觉神经传导速度、中医证候积分、多伦多评分、生活质量、随访不良事件发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.12%,相较对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组运动神经、感觉神经传导速度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,观察组中医证候积分更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组多伦多积分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组生活质量评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医温针灸在DPN的治疗中可发挥辅助治疗效果,能够有效提升患者的治疗疗效,提升神经传导速度,缓解DPN有关症状,使患者获得更为理想的生活质量,降低远期不良事件发生的风险。

Objective To investigate the curative effect of warm acupuncture on diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN).Methods A total of eighty-two DPN patients admitted to Lingcheng District People's Hospital in Dezhou City from July 2021 to July 2022 were selected as the study objects.They were randomly divided into control group and ob-servation group by drawing lots method,with forty-one cases in each.The control group was treated with routine regi-men,and the observation group was treated with warm acupuncture on the basis of routine regimen.The therapeutic ef-fect,motor nerve conduction velocity,sensory nerve conduction velocity,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,Clinical Scoring System score,quality of life and incidence of adverse events during follow-up were compared be-tween the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.12%,higher than that of the con-trol group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,motor nerve and sensory nerve con-duction velocity in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically sig-nificant(both P<0.05).The traditonal chinese medicine syndrome score of observation group was lower,and the differ-ence was statistically significant(P<0.05).Clinical Scoring System score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The life quality score of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the differ-ence was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine warm acupuncture can play an auxiliary therapeutic effect in the treatment of DPN,which can effectively improve the therapeutic effect of patients,improve nerve conduction speed,alleviate DPN-related symptoms,enable patients to obtain a better quality of life,and reduce the risk of long-term adverse events.
