中西医结合护理在妊娠期糖尿病患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine Nursing in Patients with Gestational Diabetes Mellitus

目的探究中西医结合护理在妊娠期糖尿病患者中的应用效果。方法选取2020年2月—2022年3月龙口市中医医院收治的90例妊娠期糖尿病患者为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为两组,各45例。对照组予以常规护理,观察组予以中西医结合护理。对比两组干预效果。结果观察组护理满意度(100.00%)高于对照组(86.67%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良事件总发生率(2.22%)低于对照组(20.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组血糖指标水平、抑郁自评量表评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论对妊娠期糖尿病患者行中西医结合护理,干预效果十分理想。

Objective To explore the application effect of integrated Chinese and western medicine nursing in patients with gestational diabetes.Methods A total of 90 cases of gestational diabetes mellitus patients admitted to Longkou City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2020 to March 2022 were selected as study subjects,and they were divided into two groups according to the method of randomized number table,each with 45 cases.The con-trol group was given conventional nursing care,and the observation group was given combined Chinese and Western medicine nursing care.Compared the intervention effects between the two groups.Results Satisfaction with nursing care in the observation group(100.00%)was higher than that in the control group(86.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse events in the observation group(2.22%)was lower than that in the control group(20.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the nursing care,the level of blood glucose index and Self-rating Depression Scale score of the observation group were lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention effect of integrated Chinese and western medicine nursing on gestational diabetes mellitus patients is ideal.
