基于循证理论的临床护理路径对老年慢阻肺合并2型糖尿病患者血糖控制、肺功能、心理状态的影响

Effects of Clinical Nursing Pathway Based on Evidence-based Theory on Blood Glucose Control,Lung Function,Psychological Status in Elderly Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Combined with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的研究基于循证理论的临床护理路径对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(简称慢阻肺)合并2型糖尿病患者血糖控制、肺功能和心理状态的影响。方法选取2022年4月—2023年10月南京市江宁医院收治的125例慢阻肺合并2型糖尿病的老年患者为研究对象,按照信封法随机分为观察组(n=62)与对照组(n=63)。观察组采取基于循证理论的临床护理路径,对照组采取常规临床护理路径。对比两组患者的血糖控制情况、肺功能、心理状态评分。结果护理后,两组糖化血红蛋白和血糖均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。护理后,观察组肺功能指标和心理状态评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论对老年慢阻肺合并2型糖尿病患者采取基于循证理论的临床护理路径,能够改善血糖与肺功能情况,减轻心理压力。

Objective To study the effects of clinical nursing pathway based on evidence-based theory on blood glu-cose control,lung function and psychological status in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease combined with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 125 elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease combined with type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted to Nanjing Jiangning Hospital from April 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the study objects and were randomly divided into the observation group(n=62)and the control group(n=63)according to the envelope method.The observation group adopted the clinical nursing path based on evidence-based theory,and the control group adopted the conventional clinical nursing pathway.Blood glucose con-trol,lung function,psychological status were compared between the two groups of patients.Results After nursing,gly-cosylated hemoglobin A1c and blood glucose were decreased in both groups,and the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).After nursing,the pulmonary function index and psychological status score of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion Adopting the clinical nursing pathway based on evidence-based theory for elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease combined with type 2 diabe-tes mellitus can improve the situation of blood glucose and lung function and reduce psychological pressure.
