油溶性稀土润滑材料的制备与性能评价

摘要 针对不含硫和磷元素的有机稀土化合物的油溶性问题,本文以偏苯三酸酐、支链醇和氯化镧为原料,采用两步法制备了2种偏苯三酸二酯镧盐。考察了有机稀土润滑材料在润滑油基础油中的溶解性和存储稳定性,评价了其作为润滑油添加剂时的摩擦学性能和防锈性能。结果表明,制备的有机稀土润滑材料可作为一种性能优异的环保型润滑油添加剂使用。 In order to solve the problem of oil solubility of organic rare earth compounds without sulfur and phosphorus,two kinds of lanthanum trimellitate containing diester structure were prepared by two-step method applied trimellitic anhydride,branched alcohol and lanthanum chloride as raw materials.Their solubility and storage stability in base oil were investigated,the tribological properties and anti-rust properties were evaluated as lubricant additives.The results showed that these organic rare earth lubricating materials could be used as an environmentally friendly lubricant additives with excellent performance.
