分光光度法测定乙腈中的亚硝酸钠

Determination of Sodium Nitrite in Acetonitrile by Spectrophotometry

本文建立了用分光光度法分析乙腈中的亚硝酸钠的方法。通过pH、显色时间、溶液温度的条件选择实验,消除了乙腈溶剂对显色反应的影响,测定下限为0.04 mg·L^(-1),相对标准偏差小于8.0%,加标回收率在100%±10%以内。

A spectrophotometric method for the analysis of sodium nitrite in acetonitrile was established.By conditional selection experiments of pH,color development time and solution temperature,the influence of acetonitrile solvent on the color reaction was eliminated.The determination limit was 0.04 mg/L,the relative standard deviation was less than 8.0%,and the recovery was 100%±10%.
