摘要
烟雾病(moyamoya disease,MMD)是一种慢性脑血管病。脑血管重建术是治疗MMD的主要手段,可显著提高脑血流量,从而降低卒中复发风险。然而,围手术期可能出现一些并发症,如高灌注综合征、缺血性卒中和癫痫等。因此,如何降低围手术期并发症风险成为MMD围手术期影像学评估的关键。文章对各种围手术期影像学监测技术进行了总结,以期为围手术期决策提供更多信息,从而降低术后并发症发生率。
Moyamoya disease(MMD)is a chronic cerebrovascular disease.Cerebral revascularization surgery is the main treatment for MMD,which can significantly increase cerebral blood flow and reduce the risk of stroke recurrence.However,there may be some complications during the perioperative period,such as hyperperfusion syndrome,ischemic stroke,and epilepsy.Therefore,how to reduce the risk of perioperative complications has become the key to the perioperative imaging evaluation of MMD.This article summarizes various perioperative imaging monitoring techniques in order to provide more information for perioperative decision-making and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
