学习需求导向下老年教育供给研究——基于海南省的实证调查

Research on the Elderly Education Supply Based on Learning Needs-An Empirical Study of the Case of Hainan Province

当前老年人学习需求与老年教育供给之间的矛盾愈发突出。尝试通过建构起以需求侧与供给侧为主的学习需求导向的老年教育供给框架,以海南省作为案例开展实证调查。深入探讨基于学习动机、学习内容、学习方式、学习费用、学习障碍五要素的学习需求要素导向的老年教育供给匹配问题;探讨基于应付需求、发展需求、超越需求的学习需求层次导向的老年教育供给匹配问题。从办学机构、教学师资、课程内容、服务平台、条件保障五要素的老年教育供给要素角度出发,分析海南省老年教育供给现状。最后,提出弥合老年人学习需求与老年教育供给之间差距的具体举措和建议。

The contradiction between the learning needs of the elderly and the supply of geriatric education is becoming more and more prominent nowadays.This paper endeavored to construct a framework for demand-oriented geriatric education supply,emphasizing both the demand and supply sides.Utilizing Hainan Province as a case study,empirical research was conducted to gain profound insights into the learning needs of local elderly individuals and comprehend the current status of the elderly education supply.It explored the matching issues of elderly education supply based on five elements of learning needs:learning motivation,content,mode,cost,and obstacles.It investigated the matching issues of elderly education supply based on the hierarchical levels of learning needs,covering coping needs,developmental needs,and transcendent needs.This paper analyzed the present situation of the supply of education for the elderly in Hainan Province from the perspective of five factors:school-running institutions,teaching teachers,course content,service platform,and condition guarantee.Finally,the paper put forward some concrete measures and suggestions to bridge the gap between the learning needs of the elderly and the supply of education for the elderly.
