高校劳动教育的马克思主义人学审视

摘要 当前,高校劳动教育渐趋成熟,但在教学实施过程中仍存在弱针对性、浅思想性、差整体性且与中小学的劳动教育区别不大等现实困厄。解决这些问题的思路在于,用马克思主义人学角度对高校劳动教育进行领会分析与系统规划。从人之生存、人之价值、人之发展中探寻高校劳动教育推进“何以必要”,从生存论、价值论、发展论三个维度创新构建高校劳动教育框架,内容涵盖现代化职业教育、劳动价值观教育和五育并举式教育。同时在此科学架构下努力实现高校劳动教育“三个融合”,即产教融合、文化融合、五育融合,如此,高校劳动教育方能在“以生为本”的育人实践中取得成效,摸索出高校劳动教育高品质发展之路。 At present,although labor education in universities has gradually matured,there are still some practical difficulties such as weak pertinence,shallow ideological depth,and poor overall unity.And it is difficult to distinguish it from labor education in primary and secondary schools.The key to solving these contradictions lies in in-depth exploration and systematic planning of labor education from the perspective of Marxist humanism.It is necessary to explore the necessity of promoting labor education in universities from the perspectives of human survival,human value,and human development,and then construct the content framework of labor education from the perspectives of survival theory,value theory,and development theory,namely modern vocational education,labor value education,and five-dimensional education,so as to ensure the scientific and rational implementation of labor education.Under this condition,we must strive to achieve"three integrations",namely the integration of production and education,integration of culture,and integration of five-education to better carry out the practice of"student-centered"education and truly promote the high-quality development of labor education in colleges and universities.
