洛阳烟田烟粉虱隐种类型和消长动态研究

Cryptic Species and Population Dynamics of Bemisia tabaci(Gennadius)in Tobacco Fields in Luoyang

摘要 为明确洛阳烟田烟粉虱的隐种类型及消长动态,于2021—2023年在主要烟区采集烟粉虱成虫,检测线粒体COI基因进行Blast比对鉴定烟粉虱隐种类型,并采用五点取样法及黄板诱集法,对烟粉虱消长动态进行了调查研究.结果表明:洛阳烟田烟粉虱优势隐种为MED隐种(原Q型烟粉虱);烟粉虱成虫始见期大致为6月下旬至7月上旬,盛发期为8月下旬至9月中旬.不同年份因气候变化,其种群峰值出现时间会有差异.烟草团棵期温度高、干旱,种群峰值为8月下旬,反之,种群峰值会推迟至9月上中旬.之后,由于烟叶采收和温度降低,发生量逐渐减少,至10月下旬,田间成虫逐渐消失.调查结果显示,最初世代烟粉虱成虫未在烟田产卵,烟田若虫始见期为8月下旬,盛发期多为9月上中旬.研究结果为洛阳烟田烟粉虱的精准预测预报和有效防控提供科学依据. To understand the occurrence of Bemisia tabaci(Gennadius)in Luoyang tobacco field,the dominant biotype and the population dynamics of B.tabaci in Luoyang were investigated from 2021 to 2023.Adults of B.tabaci were collected,and mitochondrial COI was used to identify the cryptic species of B.tabaci by Blast comparison.The population dynamics of them were investigated by five-point sampling method and yellow plate trapping method.The results showed that the dominant biotype of B.tabaci in Luoyang tobacco field was MED,namely biotype Q.The earliest onset period of B.tabaci was late June to early July in tobacco field of Luoyang,and the full incidence period was from late August to mid-September.Due to climate change,the peak appearance time of the population would vary in different years.When encountered drought and high temperature in tobacco rosette stage,the peak time is in late August,and conversely,the peak value can be delayed to early or mid-September.Afterwards,due to tobacco leaves harvesting and temperature reduction,adult insects in the field gradually decreased and disappeared in late October.The onset time of B.tabaci nymphs in Luoyang tobacco field was about late August,and the full incidence beginning period was mostly mid-September.The results would provide a basis for the accurate prediction and effective prevention and control of B.tabaci in Luoyang tobacco fields.
