Small renal masses(SRMs)are usually found accidentally,and malignant in majority.It is a challenge for clinician,as either to eradicate masses and preserve the patients intact.Ablations are ideal alternative options to traditional intervention on SRMs with better long-term outcome clinically.The procedures are not identical,and dependent on different cases.Enhanced sonography plays a role in both locating mass and monitoring ablation.
