The construction technology and engineering management of rural drinking water safety consolidation and upgrading project is an important core content of the rural drinking water safety consolidation and promotion project,which has a very important engineering significance to improve the drinking water guarantee of the masses in the project area.Therefore,in this paper,according to the analysis of the construction technology and project management of the rural drinking water safety consolidation and upgrading project,typical cases are analyzed and studied.Firstly,the engineering construction technology is analyzed from construction conditions,main building construction methods(including water tank foundation construction and pipeline construction)and general layout and progress.Then implement the project management analysis around engineering construction and project operation management(including operation management organization and operation management system).It can provide a reference for similar engineering practice.
