摘要
导管相关血流感染是留置血管内导管的严重的并发症之一, 影响患者治疗及预后。本文从置管、患者以及环境气候等因素对导管相关血流感染危险因素进行综述, 对降低导管相关血流感染风险的多种干预措施进行评估, 以期为导管相关血流感染的防治提供参考。
Catheter-related bloodstream infection is one of the serious complications associated with indwelling intravascular catheters,which affects the treatment and prognosis of patients.This article summarizes the risk factors of catheter-related bloodstream infection including catheterization factors,patient factors and environmental/climatic conditions,and aims to provide reference for the prevention and management of catheter-related bloodstream infection.
