基于NSGA-Ⅱ的物流末端人员配置的多目标决策

Multi-Objective Decision in Making of Logistics Terminal Personnel Configuration Based on NSGA-Ⅱ

摘要 研究同时考虑客户满意度和成本的物流末端配送环节中快递人员配置问题。在考虑到满意度和快递员的情况下,通过人员配置成本、惩罚成本和运输成本所构成的总成本最小和顾客满意度最大时的人员配置方案,并采用NSGA-Ⅱ算法在Python软件上求解物流末端配送问题,最后进行了案例分析。分析结果表明:所建立的物流末端人员配置和路径优化的多目标优化模型实现了人员配置、客户满意度和成本的优化,且能够在保证客户满意度的情况下降低人员成本。所提出的方案为物流末端快递人员配置的多目标优化问题提供了理论依据。 Research on the configuration of courier personnel in the logistics terminal distribution process that considers both customer satisfaction and cost.Taking into account satisfaction and couriers,a personnel configuration plan was proposed to minimize the total cost of personnel configuration,penalty cost,and transportation cost,and to maximize customer satisfaction.The NSGA-II algorithm was used to solve the logistics terminal distribution problem on Python software,and a case study was conducted.The multi-objective optimization model for logistics terminal personnel configuration and path optimization established has achieved the optimization of personnel configuration,customer satisfaction and cost,and can reduce personnel costs while ensuring customer satisfaction,providing a theoretical basis for the multi-objective optimization problem of logistics terminal express personnel configuration.
