粤东地区重点水库微囊藻毒素的季节性变化特征

摘要 为了解微囊藻毒素(Microcystins, MCs)在粤东地区水库中的季节性变化特征及其影响因素,本文对20座重点水库开展连续两年的调查研究。结果显示,20座水库的浮游植物门类组成全年均以蓝藻门为主,各季度的丰度平均值为7812~21515 cells/mL,其中MCs蓝藻所占比例较低,仅为373~1156 cells/mL,且在季节间无显著差异。水体中的MCs浓度总体上处于较低水平,变化范围为0.05~0.33μg/L,在季节性变化方面,春季和秋季之间的MCs浓度无显著差异,但冬季和夏季的MCs浓度分别显著高于和低于春、秋两季。相关性分析表明,水体中的MCs浓度与产MCs蓝藻丰度呈显著正相关,与水温呈极显著负相关。 In order to understand the seasonal variation characteristics of Microcystins and its driving variables in the reservoirs of Eastern Guangdong,investigation and research were carried out on 20 key reservoirs for two consec-utive years.The results showed the phytoplankton community structure was composed of Cyanophyta mainly;the av-erage abundance values for various seasons were variable within 7812~21515 cells/mL,of which MCs only ac-counted for a low proportion of 373~1156 cells/mL and had no significant difference in different seasons;the con-centration of MCs in water was generally at a relatively low level and variable within 0.05~0.33μg/L;the concen-trations of MCs in spring and autumn had no significant difference,but the concentrations of MCs in winter and sum-mer were significantly higher and lower respectively.The results of correlation analysis demonstrate the concentra-tion of MCs in water was significantly positively correlated to the abundance of cyanobacteria producing MCs and significantly negatively correlated to water temperature.
