国内外锌铝镁镀层钢板的研究现状及未来市场前景

Research Status and Future Market Prospect of Zinc-aluminum-magnesium Coated Steel Sheet at Home and Abroad

与镀锌板和镀锌铝板相比,锌铝镁镀层产品具有高耐蚀性、切边保护性和加工成形性,可以取代传统钢板,因此锌镁铝镀层钢板有更好的应用前景。本文介绍了国内外和国外相关车企锌铝镁镀层钢板的产品标准,并介绍了国内外钢铁企业对锌铝镁镀层钢板的开发情况。阐述了锌铝镁镀层钢板在公路、建筑、汽车、光伏光热、彩涂板、家电方面的应用实例,展望了锌铝镁镀层钢板的发展前景。

Compared with galvanized sheet and galvanized aluminum sheet,zinc-aluminium-magnesium-coated products have high corrosion resistance,edge-cutting protection and processing formability,and can replace traditional steel plates.Therefore,zinc-aluminium-magnesium-coated steel sheets have better application prospects.In this paper,the product standards of zinc-aluminium-magnesium-coated steel plate of domestic and foreign automobile enterprises were introduced,and the development of zinc-aluminium-magnesium-coated steel plate of domestic and foreign steel enterprises was introduced.The application examples of zinc-aluminium-magnesium-coated steel plate in highway,construction,automobile,photovoltaic photothermal,color coated plate and household appliances were described,and the development prospect of zinc-aluminium-magnesium-coated steel plate was prospected.
