硫酸亚铁对餐厨垃圾厌氧发酵的影响

摘要 本文以餐厨垃圾为原料,采用半连续中温厌氧发酵方式,探究添加剂硫酸亚铁对湿法厌氧发酵的影响。实验结果表明:添加硫酸亚铁实验组的日产气最高为12.0 L/d,比对照组高出16.5%,且在高有机负荷下稳定运行。因此通过往厌氧发酵体系中添加硫酸亚铁,一方面可以补充厌氧微生物菌群所需铁盐,另一方面改变微生物菌群结构,调节厌氧微生物菌群和硫酸盐还原菌间的协同作用,促进厌氧发酵对挥发性有机酸的降解,提高厌氧发酵系统运行的稳定性、增强产气能力和处理效率。 In this paper,the effect of additive FeSO 4 on the wet anaerobic fermentation was studied by semi-continuous medium temperature anaerobic fermentation and using kitchen waste as raw material.The results were manifested that the maximum daily gas-production of the experimental group with FeSO 4 was 12.0 L/d,16.5%higher than that of the control group and it operated stably under high OLR.Therefore it could supplemente the iron salts required by anaerobic microbial flora by adding FeSO 4 to the anaerobic fermentation system,and it could also change the structure of microbial flora,enhance the synergistic effect between anaerobic microbial flora and sulfate reducing bacteria,promote the degradation of volatile organic acids by anaerobic fermentation,in order to improve the stability of anaerobic fermentation system,enhance gas production capacity and treatment efficiency。
