西藏胡黄连乙酸乙酯部位的化学成分的研究

Study on Chemical Constituents of Ethyl Acetate Fraction from Picrorhiza Scrophulariiflora

对西藏胡黄连Picrorhiza scrophulariiflora干燥根茎进行化学成分研究。采用反复硅胶柱色谱、制备薄层色谱及羟丙基葡聚糖凝胶柱色谱等方法进行分离纯化,运用有机谱学方法鉴定化合物的结构。从西藏胡黄连的95%乙醇回流提取物的乙酸乙酯萃取部位中分离得到6个化合物,分别为儿茶素(1)、木犀草素(2)、山奈酚(3)、槲皮素(4)、芸香苷(5)、金丝桃苷(6)。其中化合物3~6为首次从胡黄连属植物中分离得到。

To study the constituents in the roots of Picrorhiza scrophulariiflora.The constituents of Picrorhiza scrophulariiflora were separated and purified with chromatographic methods.The structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods and chemical analyses.Six compounds were isolated from the roots of Picrorhiza scrophulariiflora were identified as catechin(1),luteolin(2),kaempferol(3),quercetin(4),rutin(5),hyperoside(6).Compound 3~6 were obtained from Picrorhiza scrophulariiflora for the first time.
