复合型催化剂在循环流化床锅炉中的应用研究

摘要 复合型节煤催化剂在DG1025-17.4-Ⅱ18型循环流化床锅炉中进行应用研究,试验期间机组运行负荷为240 MW,纯凝工况运行,原煤中添加复合型催化剂的量达到0.1%时,空白期修正后标煤耗为323.51 g/kWh,添加期修正后标煤耗为314.14 g/kWh,发电标准煤耗降低了9.37 g/kWh,节煤率为2.90%,节煤效果显著。空白期和添加期比较,炉渣中可燃物含量的平均值下降26.04%,飞灰中可燃物含量的平均值下降了18.20%,说明添加复合型催化剂煤炭燃烧的更充分。排放的SO_(2)含量降低了11.22%,NO_(x)含量降低了16.76%,燃煤锅炉中添加复合型节煤催化剂既具有节煤效果,有具有显著减排效果。 Compound coal saving catalyst was applied in DG1025-17.4-Ⅱ18 circulating fluidized bed boiler.In the testing phase,the boiler operated at a load of 240 MW under pure condensing conditions.When the proportion of the compound catalyst mixed with the raw coal reached 0.1%,the coal consumption after the adjustment period was recorded at 323.51 g/kWh.Following the addition of the catalyst,the standard coal consumption was observed to be 314.14 g/kWh,which represented a reduction of 9.37 g/kWh in the standard coal consumption for power generation.This translates to a coal saving rate of 2.90%,demonstrating a significant coal saving effect.Comparing the periods before and after the addition of the catalyst,there was a noticeable decrease in the average fuel content in both slag and fly ash 26.04%and 18.20%,respectively.It was suggested that the use of the compound catalyst enhanced the combustion efficiency of coal.Additionally,the emissions of SO_(2) and NO_(x) were reduced by 11.22%and 16.76%,respectively.The introduction of the compound coal saving catalyst in coal-fired boilers not only contributed to coal savings but also had a substantial impact on reducing emissions.
