高职院校教育教学管理工作创新方式研究

高职院校作为教育体系中的重要组成部分,其教学本质是培养大量专业性人才,为社会发展和行业建设提供有效助力。但由于高职院校体系发展起步较晚,其发展理念和培养思路已经不能满足当下社会发展需求,需要以提高整体就业率为基础进行教育改革,保证高职院校建设的先进性。因此高职院校应全面加强教育教学管理工作研究,利用现代化教学理念引导教育教学体系创新,落实人才培养目的。依托扩招政策成为教育体系主流发展思想,使得各高职院校学生数量与日俱增,这就对高职院校教育教学管理工作开展提出更高要求,需要高职院校树立正确观念,加强教育教学管理力度,保证相关管理工作实现改革。本文旨在研究高职院校教育教学管理工作优化,以期为教育教学管理水平提高提供借鉴经验。

As an important component of the education system,the teaching essence of higher vocational colleges is to cultivate a large number of professional talents,providing effective assistance for social development and industry construction.However,due to the late start of the development of the system of higher vocational colleges,their development concepts and training ideas can no longer meet the current social development needs,and they need to carry out educational reform based on improving the overall employment rate to ensure the progressiveness of the construction of higher vocational colleges.Relying on the expansion of enrollment policy to become the mainstream development concept of the education system,the number of students in various higher vocational colleges is increasing day by day,which puts forwards higher requirements for the development of education and teaching management work in higher vocational colleges.It is necessary for higher vocational colleges to establish correct concepts and improve the strength of education and teaching management,ensuring the reform of management work.
