广西民办高校战略执行视域下教师领导力模型的构建与开发

摘要 在十四五的开局的2021年,广西规划同步实现“我国经济与科技实力将得到大幅跃升的2035年远景目标”。占据广西高校近30%的广西民办高校必须多角度、全面并系统关注国家和社会层面不同利益主体诉求的动态性,引领人才培养以可持续发展。本文从高校战略执行的视角出发,提出“高校教师领导力素质模型”:信仰力与规划力、整合能力与组织能力、敏捷力与转换力、共情能力与激励能力、数智力与创新力、福流力与审美创造力,并从高校即组织的角度提出开发“领导力”的具体措施。 In the opening year of the 14th Five-year Plan,2021,Guangxi has planned to achieve the long-term goal of significantly improving China's economic and technological strength by 2035.Guangxi private colleges,which account for nearly 30% of the colleges in Guangxi,must pay attention to the dynamic nature of various stakeholders' interests at the national and social levels from multiple perspectives,lead talent training for sustainable development.This paper proposes a “teacher leadership competency model” from the perspective of university strategic execution:belief and planning ability,integration and organizational ability;agility and transformational ability;empathy and motivational ability;data intelligence and innovation ability;flow and aesthetic creativity ability.From the perspective of universities as organizations,specific measures are proposed to develop leadership.
