高职女教师专业发展与职业管理问题的思考

摘要 随着社会文明进步,女教师逐步成为教育系统的骨干力量,甚至占据高职院校教师队伍的半壁江山。通过结合国内外文献以及我国职业教育政策和规律,立足于高职女教师队伍的特殊性,针对职业女教师的困惑,开展了调查,分析存在的问题以及原因,并提出了联合各界力量为女教师专业发展提供有力保障、提升女性教师对职业责任感和科研能力的对策和建议,旨在精准发挥女性教师在高质量发展中的作用。 With the progress of social civilization,female teachers have gradually become the backbone of the education system,and even occupied half of the teachers in higher vocational colleges.By combining domestic and foreign literatures as well as the policies and laws of vocational education in our country,based on the particularity of female vocational teachers,this paper carried out an investigation and analyzed the existing problems and the causes aiming at the confusion of female vocational teachers,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions combining forces from all walks of life to provide beneficial protection for female teachers' professional development and improve female teachers' professional responsibility and scientific research ability.It aims to give full play to the role of female teachers in high-quality development.
