高职院校学生跨文化交际能力的培养策略研究

Research on the Training Strategies for Students’ Intercultural Communicative Competence in Higher Vocational Colleges

以高校英语教学为例,聚焦高职院校学生跨文化交际能力的培养。通过阐述大学生跨文化交际能力培养的重要性,分析大学生跨文化交际能力培养的现状,开展定性研究,从教师和学校层面探索出培养高职院校学生跨文化交际能力的策略。结果表明,教师应激发学生跨文化交际学习兴趣,培养其中西方文化交流习惯;丰富教学资源,开展人工智能辅助教学;提高自身文化洞察力,培养文化感悟力。学校应以提升教师跨文化素养与职业水平为基准,采取多元教师学习培训形式;拓展学生交际途径,拓宽学生跨文化能力培养渠道。

This paper takes English teaching in higher vocational colleges as an example to mainly study the cultivation of intercultural communicative competence(ICC) among higher vocational college students.By elaborating on the importance of cultivating intercultural communicative competence among college students,this paper qualitatively analyzes the current situation of cultivating intercultural communicative competence among college students,and explores strategies for vocational colleges to cultivate students' intercultural communicative competence from the perspectives of teachers and schools.Research has found that teachers should stimulate students' interest in cross-cultural communication learning and cultivate habits of cultural exchange between the West and China.Besides,teachers should enrich teaching resources and carry out artificial intelligence assisted teaching.At the same time,teachers also need to improve their own cultural insights and cultivate cultural insights.Colleges and universities should develop diverse forms of teacher learning and training based on improving teachers' cross-cultural literacy and professional level.Furthermore,schools should also expand students' communication channels and broaden channels for cultivating their cross-cultural abilities.
