美育协同育人机制的构建对于高职学生人才培养工作的开展至关重要。构建美育协同育人机制以美育为抓手,增强高职院校育人成效,引导高职大学生树立正确的美育观念,进一步提升高职大学生的审美能力及专业技能。盐城工业职业技术学院艺术设计学院扎实推进美育特色育人工作,统筹美育资源,积极探索高职学生美育育人品牌建设。针对现有美育协同育人机制构建下存在的问题,不断探索解决路径,旨在建设以美育协同机制为引导的特色育人模式。

The construction of a collaborative mechanism for aesthetic education is also crucial for higher vocational college students.Based on constructing a collaborative mechanism for aesthetic education can enhance the effectiveness of vocational education.It can help higher vocational college students to establish correct aesthetic education concepts and further enhance their aesthetic abilities and professional skills.College of Art and Design of Yancheng Polytechnic College promotes the characteristic education of aesthetic education solidly,coordinates aesthetic education resources,and actively explores the construction of aesthetic education brand for higher vocational college students.In view of the existing problems in the construction of aesthetic education collaborative education mechanism,the paper constantly explores the solution path,aiming at building a characteristic education model guided by aesthetic education collaborative mechanism.
