黄体酮软胶囊联合盐酸利托君治疗先兆早产临床效果分析

Analysis on the clinical efficacy of progesterone soft capsules combined with ritodrine hydrochloride in the treatment of threatened premature delivery

目的 将盐酸利托君、黄体酮软胶囊应用于先兆早产治疗,观察该联合方案的效果。方法 选取2021年3月至2023年9月阳江市妇幼保健院收治的65例先兆早产患者,根据治疗方案的不同予以分组,盐酸利托君治疗的35例为对照组,30例联合黄体酮软胶囊治疗为观察组。评估临床疗效,随访安全性。结果 观察组宫缩消失及住院时间短于对照组,新生儿延长妊娠时间、体重及新生儿阿氏评分较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组保胎成功率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组与对照组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论 先兆早产患者在盐酸利托君治疗基础上加用黄体酮软胶囊,有利于提升保胎成功率,改善母婴结局,安全性高。

Objective Apply lidocaine hydrochloride and progesterone soft capsules to the treatment of threatened preterm birth and observe the effectiveness of this combined regimen.Methods A total of 65 patients with threatened preterm birth enrolled were all treated at the Yangjiang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from March 2021 to September 2023.They were grouped according to the treatment plan,with 35 patients in the control group receiving treatment with rituximab hydrochloride and 30 patients in the observation group receiving treatment with progesterone soft capsules.Clinical efficacy was evaluated and safety was fllowed up.Results The disappearance of uterine contractions and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the prolonged pregnancy neonatal weight and neonatal Apgar score were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The success rate of fetal protection in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of ritodrine hydrochloride and progesterone soft capsules for threatened premature delivery patients is beneficial to improve the success rate of preventing miscarriage and improve the maternal and infant outcomes,with high safety.
