梅尼埃病治疗的研究进展

Research Progress in Treatment of Ménière′s Disease

梅尼埃病是以反复眩晕发作为主要症状的周围性前庭疾病,其病因和发病机制目前仍不清楚。目前梅尼埃病的治疗主要包括药物保守治疗和外科手术治疗,但上述治疗侧重于疾病急性期或间歇期症状的减轻和管理,而不是针对内耳功能障碍的病因治疗。药物治疗无效的梅尼埃病患者主要选择化学性迷路切除和各种开放手术,但各种治疗均存在优缺点,且仍存在一定争议。未来对梅尼埃病发病机制的深入研究将有助于探寻针对其病因的治疗策略,从而进一步提高治疗效率及患者生活质量。

Ménière′s disease is a peripheral vestibular disease characterized by recurrent dizziness,and its etiology and pathogenesis are still unclear.At present,the treatment of Ménière′s disease mainly includes conservative drug therapy and surgical treatment,but the above treatments focus on reducing and managing symptoms during the acute or intermittent phase of the disease,rather than treating the etiology of inner ear dysfunction.Patients with Ménière′s disease who have ineffective drug treatment mainly choose chemical labyrinthectomy and various open surgeries,but each treatment has its advantages and disadvantages,and there is still some controversy.In the future,in-depth research on the pathogenesis of Ménière′s disease will help to explore the treatment strategies targeting its etiology,thereby to further improve the treatment efficiency and patient quality of life.
