摘要
钩藤为茜草科钩藤属常绿藤本植物,对心、肝相关疾病的治疗具有重要作用,但其具体作用机制尚不明确。钩藤作为中医药传统治疗中非常重要的一味中药,具有平肝熄风、清热定惊的功效,在失眠、心脑血管系统、消化系统的多种疾病中发挥重要作用。钩藤碱Rhynchophylline(RIN)和异钩藤碱Isorhynchophylline(IRN)是钩藤有效成分中重要的两种生物碱。本研究在梳理RIN、IRN药理学特征的基础上,通过对钩藤有效成分的相关实验研究结果及文献查阅后,发现钩藤临证发挥药效的作用机制与RIN、IRN细胞自噬有关。同时,本研究在比较钩藤、天麻药理学特征的基础上,概述了钩藤联合天麻的临床应用及作用机制,证实中药钩藤的两种主要成分RIN、IRN,通过相互联系和共同作用,产生促进肝细胞增殖、保护脑神经等正向激活作用;RIN、IRN与天麻三者联合可提高生物利用率。本研究对于研究中药临证作用、探讨中药有效成分、发现新的中医药治疗方法提供了参考和思路。
Gouteng is an evergreen vine belonging to the Rubiaceae family.Gouteng plays an important role in the treatment of heart and liver related diseases,but its specific mechanism of action is not yet clear.Gouteng is a very important traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.It has the effects of calming the liver,extinguishing wind,clearing heat,and calming shock.It plays an important role in various diseases such as insomnia,cardiovascular and cerebrovascular systems,and digestive sys-tems.Rhynchophylline(RIN)and Isorhynchophylline(IRN)are two important alkaloids in the active ingredients of gouteng.Based on the pharmacological characteristics of RIN and IRN,the results of experimental studies on the active components of gouteng and the lit-erature were reviewed,it was found that the mechanism of action of gouteng is related to autophagy of RIN and IRN cells.Based on the pharmacological characteristics of gouteng and gastrodia elata,the clinical application and mechanism of action of gouteng tomentosa combined with gastrodia elata were summarized,the combination of RIN,IRN and gastrodia elata can increase the bioavailability of liver cells.This study provide reference and train of thought for the study of the clinical effects of traditional Chinese medicine,the exploration of the effective components of traditional Chinese medicine,and the discovery of new therapeutic methods of traditional Chinese medicine.
