基于五级电子病历的医院信息基础建设历程与实践成果

The Process and Practical Results of Hospital Information Infrastructure Construction Based on Level 5 Electronic Medical Records

随着医疗系统电子信息化应用地不断深入以及我国医改新政强调进一步提升医院信息化建设水平,以电子病历为核心的医院信息化建设已成为进一步提升医疗质量、诊疗效率的重要工作。电子病历系统应用水平分级评价是衡量医院信息化建设水平的国家标准。为向更高标准五级跨进,中山大学附属第六医院通过持续长达1年的升级改造措施,于2023年8月正式通过了国家电子病历五级评审。文章基于电子病历分级评价标准五级要求对中山大学附属第六医院电子病历基础建设的现状进行分析,介绍医院信息基础建设历程以及五级电子病历系统升级改造措施和取得的成果。

With the continuous deepening of electronic information application in the medical system and the emphasis on further improving the level of hospital information construction in China's new healthcare reform policy,hospital information construction with electronic medical records as the core has become an important work to further improve medical quality and diagnosis and treatment efficiency.The graded evaluation of the functional application level of electronic medical record systems is a national standard for measuring the level of hospital information construction.In order to move towards a higher level of five standards,through a year-long upgrade,the Sixth Affiliated Hospital,Sun Yat-Sen University officially passed the five-level review of national electronic medical records in August 2023.This article analyzes the current situation of electronic medical record infrastructure construction in the Sixth Affiliated Hospital,Sun Yat-Sen University based on the five level requirements of the electronic medical record grading evaluation standard.It introduces the process of hospital information infrastructure construction,as well as the upgrading and transformation measures and achievements of the five level electronic medical record system.
