子宫颈癌术后带导尿管出院患者的自我管理能力及影响因素

Self-Management Ability and Influencing Factors of Patients Discharged From Hospital With Urinary Tube After Cervical Cancer Surgery

目的探讨子宫颈癌术后带导尿管出院患者的自我管理能力水平并分析其影响因素。方法选取2020年5月—2023年5月于中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九一O医院行根治术治疗并在术后带导尿管出院的102例子宫颈癌患者为研究对象。使用癌症患者自我管理测评量表对患者出院后自我管理能力进行测评,结合患者临床特征分析不同特征患者的自我管理能力得分差异,结合单因素差异性结果使用多元线性回归分析子宫颈癌术后带导尿管出院患者自我管理能力的影响因素。结果102例子宫颈癌术后带导尿管出院患者的自我管理能力得分为(149.95±12.87)分,各项问题平均得分为(3.41±0.31)分;不同年龄、学历层次、家庭收入情况、家庭居住情况、家庭照护情况患者的自我管理能得分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);多元线性回归分析结果显示,年龄、家庭收入情况、家庭居住情况是影响子宫颈癌术后带导尿管出院患者自我管理水平的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论子宫颈癌术后带导尿管出院患者的自我管理能力处于中等水平,年龄、家庭收入情况、家庭居住情况均会对患者自我管理能力造成影响。

Objective To explore the level of self-management ability of discharged patients with cervical cancer who have catheters after surgery and analyze its influencing factors.Methods A total of 102 cervical cancer patients who underwent th radical surgery at the 910 Hospital of the Joint Logistics Support Force of the People's Liberation Army of China from May 2020 to May 2023 and were discharged with catheters after surgery were selected as the research subjects.The cancer patient self-management assessment scale was used to evaluate the self-management ability of this group of patients after discharge,and the differences in self-management ability scores of patients with different characteristics were analyzed based on their clinical characteristics,using multiple linear regression analysis combined with univariate differential results to analyze the influencing factors of self-management ability of discharged cervical cancer patients with catheters after surgery.Results The self-management ability score of 102 patients discharged with catheters after cervical cancer surgery in this group was(149.95±12.87)points,and the average score of various problems was(3.41±0.31)points.There was a statistically significant difference in self-management ability scores among patients of different ages,educational levels,family income,household living conditions,and family care status(P<0.05).The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that age,family income,and household living conditions were the influencing factors on the self-management level of patients discharged from cervical cancer surgery with catheters(P<0.05).Conclusion The self-management ability of patients discharged from cervical cancer surgery with catheters is at a moderate level,and age,family income,and household living conditions can all affect the patient's self-management ability.
