瑶医滚蛋疗法防治小儿发热的操作技术规范研究

瑶医滚蛋疗法是经典的瑶医外治疗法,在民间有着悠久的历史和广泛的运用。瑶医滚蛋疗法根据介质不同分为银蛋滚法、白蛋滚法和药蛋滚法3种。银蛋滚法是把鸡蛋煮熟去掉蛋黄后,将银质硬币或银戒指放置于内以行滚熨治疗,主要治疗疔疮肿毒等疾病。白蛋滚法是将鸡蛋煮熟后剥壳,用纱布包裹,趁热在人体相关部位快速来回滚动,主要针对瘀肿、受寒等导致的疼痛类疾病。药蛋滚法是用特定药液煎煮鸡蛋后进行治疗的方法,常用于伤风感冒、寒凉咳嗽、风寒湿痹等病证的治疗。温热的药蛋通过接触皮肤和来回滚动,使毛孔张开,邪气外出。同时药物传导和渗透于体内,可温经散寒、祛风除痧,进而起到退热作用。我们通过临床研究和实践,对瑶医滚蛋疗法治疗小儿发热的操作技术进行规范,以期为进一步推广该疗法提供客观依据。尽管滚蛋疗法疗效确切,操作简便,但仍须严格其适应证及禁忌证。

Yao medicine rolling egg therapy is a classic external treatment method of Yao medicine,with a long history and wide application in the folk.The Yao medicine rolling egg therapy can be divided into three types based on different medium:silver and egg rolling method,white egg rolling method,and medicinal egg rolling method.The silver and egg rolling method is to boil an egg and remove the yolk,then place a silver coin or silver ring inside for rolling and ironing treatment.It is mainly used to treat diseases such as boils and swelling.The white egg rolling method is to peel the boiled eggs,wrap them in gauze,and quickly roll them back and forth in relevant parts of the human body while they are hot.lt is mainly aimed at painful diseases caused by blood stasis,swelling,and cold.The medicinal egg rolling method is a method of treating diseases such as colds,colds coughs,and wind cold dampness by boiling eggs in a specific medicinal solution.Warm medicinal eggs open pores and expel pathogenic factors by touching the skin and rolling back and forth.At the same time,the drug conducts and penetrates into the body,which can warm the meridians,dispel cold and wind,and eliminate toxin,thereby playing a role in reducing fever.We conduct clinical research and practice to standardize the operational technical specification of Yao medicine's rolling egg therapy for treating pediatric fever,in order to provide objective basis for further promoting this therapy.Although the rolling egg therapy is effective and easy to operate,its indications and contraindications still need to be strictly controlled.
