摘要
目的:探讨在护士职业形象课程中运用翻转课堂教学模式的教学效果。方法:选取新疆某高校某年级共121名护理学专业本科生为研究对象,教学结束后调查教师教学满意度,在课程前、后分别评价学生自主学习能力。结果:参与翻转课堂的护本生对教师教学满意度评价较好;课程后学生的自主学习能力评分显著高于课程前(P<0.05)。结论:基于翻转课堂的混合式教学能够提高学生自主学习能力,应在后续课程中持续改进和推广。
Objective:We aimed to explore the teaching effect of flipped classroom in professional image course for nurses.Methods:A total of 121 undergraduate nursing students from one university in Xinjiang participated in the flipped classroom teaching.At the end of teaching,the satisfaction of teaching was investigated.Meanwhile,independent learning ability were evaluated before and after the course separately.Results:The students who participated in flipped classroom teaching were satisfied with the course.The score of independent learning ability measure after the course was significantly higher than that before the course(P<0.05).Conclusion:The blended teaching based on flipped classroom could improve students'autonomous learning ability.It should be continuously improved and promoted in the follow-up courses.
