摘要
在高校思想政治理论教育课程体系中,“形势与政策”课程作为其重要组成部分,在新时代背景下发挥着关键作用,对于高校学生成长成才具有重要意义。对“形势与政策”课程设置与发展的必要途径、必然趋势、必然要求进行深入分析,从“讲授内容”“授课人员”“教学方式”“评估标准”等角度审视并反思课程建设中存在的困境与不足之处。同时,聚焦课程的专业性、系统性、实用性,从师资队伍、课程改革、课程资源建设三个方面分析探讨提升“形势与政策”课程质量的有效路径,切实解决“教学内容与教学目标存在差距”“学生主体参与度不高”“教学改革滞后”“考核方式单一”等问题,推动高校思政工作“因事而化、因时而进、因势而新”,加强“形势与政策”课程建设、推动课程教学的改革工作,提升高校“形势与政策”课程的教学质量和人才培养水平。
In the context of the new era,the course Situation and Policy plays a crucial role in the growth and development of college students,as an integral part of the ideological and political theory education curriculum system in colleges and universities.By conducting an in-depth analysis of the necessary ways,inevitable trends and inevitable requirements of the curriculum setting and development of the course,this study reflects on the practical challenges and shortcomings from the perspectives of“what to discuss”,“who to discuss with”,“how to discuss”and“how to evaluate”.It emphasizes the professionalism,systematic approach,and practicality of the course.The paper proposes effective strategies to enhance the quality of“Situation and Policy”courses,focusing on three aspects:teaching staff,curriculum reform,and curriculum resource development.It encourages the advancement of ideological and political work in colleges and universities to adapt to current conditions,keep up with the times,and innovate accordingly so that the problems of“the gap between teaching content and teaching objectives”,“low participation of students”,“lagging teaching reform”and“single assessment method”can be solved effectively.This effort reinforces the construction of“Situation and Policy”courses,promotes the reform of curriculum teaching,and significantly improves the teaching quality and talent training in Situation and Policy courses in colleges and universities.
