摘要
车身焊装线自动化控制系统的设计,要充分考虑自动化控制系统的可靠性、稳定性和安全性。为满足车身焊装线的工艺要求,设计了基于PLC的车身焊装线自动化控制系统。采用模块化设计,以S7-200系列PLC为核心,运用三菱FX3U系列变频器、伺服驱动器、传感器、接近开关等设备,设计了车身焊装线自动化控制系统。实际运行结果表明,该系统具有较高的可靠性、稳定性和安全性,具有一定的推广应用价值。
The design of automatic control system of body welding line should fullyconsider the reliability,stability and safety of automatic control system.In order tomeet the process requirements of body welding line,the automatic control system of body welding line based on PLC is designed.Adopting modular design,it takes S7-200 series PLC as the core,uses Mitsubishi FX3U series inverter,servo driver,sensor,proximity switch and other equipment to design the automatic control system of body welding line.The actual operation results show that the system has high reliability,stabilityand security,and has certain application value.
