基于嵌入式的低温文丘里流量显示仪设计

摘要 为满足低温制冷系统中流量实时监测的需求,本文针对低温文丘里流量计,设计了基于嵌入式系统的低温文丘里流量显示仪,在其功能上集成压力压差信号采集、低温温度监测以及质量流量计算,可适用于不同状态的流体在不同压力、压差和温度工况下的流量测量。该流量显示仪具有易使用、集成度高等优点。结果表明该低温文丘里流量显示仪的测试误差最大为0.557%,满足低温环境中流量监测的要求。 To meet the need for real-time flow monitoring in a cryogenic refrigeration system,a design of cryogenic venturi flow display instrument was presented based on the embedded system,targeting the cryogenic venturi flow meter.This instrument integrated functions such as pressure and differential pressure signal collection,cryogenic monitoring,and mass flow calculation,which can make it suitable for flow measurement of fluids in various states under different pressures,differential pressures,and temperature conditions.The flow display instrument has several advantages,including ease of use and high integration.The results show that this cryogenic venturi flow display instrument has a maximum test error of 0.557%,which can meet the requirements for flow monitoring in a cryogenic environment.
