摘要
太仓城东水质净化厂建设规模为15万m^(3)/d,采用半地下式建设形式,是国内规模领先的振动式MBR应用案例(7.5万m^(3)/d)。污水处理采用初沉池-AAO生反池-MBR膜池工艺,出水主要执行《苏州特别排放限值标准》。污泥经离心浓缩脱水处理后(含水率<80%)外运处置。针对污水处理厂建设形式、总平面布置、竖向布置、污水处理、污泥处理等工艺设计要点进行了探讨,并综合考虑了低碳、韧性、多功能融合和生态绿色等设计理念和措施。
Chengdong wastewater treatment plant in Taicang city has a treatment capacity of 15×10^(4)m^(3)/d,and adopts semi-underground construction form,which is a leading application case of vibration MBR in China(7.5×10^(4)m^(3)/d).The process of sewage treatment consists of primary sedimentation tank,AAO biological reaction tank,and MBR tank.The effluent water quality is mainly required to meet the Suzhou special emission limit standard.After centrifugal concentration and dehydration treatment(with a moisture content of less than 80%),the sludge is transported for disposal.The key process design points such as the construction form,general layout,vertical layout,wastewater treatment,and sludge treatment of this sewage treatment plant were discussed,while the design concepts and measures of low-carbon,resilience,multi-functional integration,and ecological green were comprehensively considered,which would provide reference for the construction of other large wastewater treatment plants.
