摘要
针对复杂产品全级次供应商管理中存在的管理职责不清晰、管理要求操作性弱、管控方式不够有效等问题,构建了供应商层级、重要程度及供应风险的三维差异化管控模型,明确了差异化管控内容,对于提升全级次供应商管理水平具有重要意义。
This article addresses a series of problems existing in complex product all-tire suppliers,such as unclear responsibilities in management,weak operability in instructions,low efficiency in control methods,and constructs a three-dimensional Differentiated Management model based on supplier rankings,degree of significance,and degree of supply risk.
