基于胃肠镜影像库的问题为导向教学方法消化内镜室教学中的应用

摘要 目的探讨基于胃肠镜影像库的问题为导向教学方法(PBL)在消化内镜室教学中的应用。方法选取2021年9月至2022年3月于萍乡市第二人民医院实习的32名消化内科实习生作为观察组,另选取2021年3月至2021年8月于萍乡市第二人民医院实习的32名消化内科实习生作为对照组。对照组实施常规临床教学方式,观察组在对照组基础上实施基于胃肠镜影像库的PBL。比较两组胃肠镜科教学成绩、教学效果、教学满意度。结果带教后,两组理论知识和操作技能评分均高于带教前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。带教后,两组临床能力、学习态度、无菌观念和学习主动性评分均高于带教前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组教学满意度为93.75%,高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于胃肠镜影像库的PBL在消化内镜室教学中的应用效果显著,将胃肠镜影像库教学融入到消化内科教学体系当中,提升实习生临床操作技能和理论知识、自主学习能力及沟通能力等,有助于提升实习生对教学的满意度。 Objective To explore the application of problem-based learning(PBL)based on gastrointestinal endoscopy image library in digestive endoscopy room teaching.Methods 32 gastroenterology interns who were interned in the Second People's Hospital of Pingxiang from September 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the observation group,and 32 gastroenterology interns who were interned in the Second People's Hospital of Pingxiang from March 2021 to August 2021 were selected as the control group.The control group was given routine clinical teaching,and the obser-vation group was given PBL based on gastrointestinal endoscopy image database on the basis of the above.The teaching results,teaching effect and teaching satisfaction of gastrointestinal endoscopy were compared between the two groups.Results After teaching,the scores of theoretical knowl-edge and operational skills of the two groups were higher than before teaching,and the observation group were higher than the control group,the dif-ferences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After teaching,the scores of clinical ability,learning attitude,aseptic concept and learning initiative of the two groups were higher than before teaching,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the differences were statistically sig-nificant(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction in the observation group was 93.75%,which was higher than 75.00%in the control group,and the differ-ence was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The PBL based on gastrointestinal endoscopy image database has a significant application effect in the teaching of digestive endoscopy room,integrating the teaching of gastrointestinal endoscopy image database into the teaching system of digestive medicine can improve the clinical operation skills and theoretical knowledge,self-learning ability and communication ability of physicians,which is helpful to improve the satisfaction of interns with teaching.
