摘要
目的探究PDCA循环管理配合临床路径在内分泌科带教中的应用效果。方法选取2019年7月至2020年7月宜春市人民医院60名内分泌实习生作为对照组,另选取2020年8月至2021年8月本院60名内分泌实习生作为观察组。观察组实施PDCA循环管理配合临床路径教学法,对照组实施临床路径教学模式。比较两组操作实践能力、沟通能力、健康教育能力、理论知识评分及对带教教师各方面评价情况和对带教效果的认可情况。结果实施后,两组操作实践能力、沟通能力、健康教育能力、理论知识评分及总分均高于实施前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组对带教教师的临床经验、文书书写、综合素质、授课水平、带教态度、操作示范、实地教学、责任心、爱护学生评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组提高学习主动性、提高分析解决问题能力、提高自学能力、提高团队能力占比均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PDCA循环管理配合临床路径在内分泌科带教中的应用效果显著,可有效提升理论知识和实践操作能力、沟通能力和健康教育能力,增强临床带教效果,获得实习生的好评。
Objective To study the application effect of PDCA circulation management and clinical pathway in endocrinology teaching.Methods 60 endocrine interns in Yichun City People's Hospital from July 2019 to July 2020 were selected as the control group,and 60 endocrine interns in our hospital from August 2020 to August 2021 were selected as the observation group.The observation group carried out PDCA circula-tion management combined with clinical pathway teaching method,and the control group implemented clinical pathway teaching mode.The scores of operation practice ability,communication ability,health education ability,theoretical knowledge and the evaluation of teachers in all aspects and the recognition of teaching effect were compared between the two groups.Results After implementation,the scores of operation practice ability,communication ability,health education ability,theoretical knowledge and total score of the two groups were higher than those before implementa-tion,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of clinical expe-rience,document writing,comprehensive quality,teaching level,teaching attitude,operation demonstration,field teaching,responsibility and caring students in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The propor-tion of improving learning initiative,improving the ability to analyze and solve problems,improving self-learning ability and improving team ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The ap-plication effect of PDCA circulation management combined with clinical pathway in the teaching of endocrinology department is remarkable,it can effectively improve the theoretical knowledge and practical operation ability,communication ability and health education ability,enhance the clinical teaching effect,and obtain the praise of interns.
