摘要
以25名女田径运动员为研究对象,探讨不同模式低氧训练方法对其有氧代谢能力的影响.设计高住高练低训、高住低练和低住低练三种不同的低氧训练模式,测试和分析通气无氧阈的时间、运动员力竭时间、达到最大摄氧量时间、最大摄氧量、呼吸商以及心率.实验结果表明,高住高练低训模式运动员的呼吸商高达1.09,心率可达192 bpm,有氧代谢能力得到显著提升.
Using 25 female track and field athletes as research subjects,this study explores the effects of different modes of hypoxic training methods on their aerobic metabolic capacity.Design three different hypoxic training modes:high living high training low training,high living low training,and low living low training.Test and analyze the time for ventilation anaerobic threshold,athlete exhaustion time,time to reach maximum oxygen uptake,maximum oxygen uptake,respiratory quotient,and heart rate.The experimental results show that the respiratory quotient of athletes in the high living,high training,and low training mode is as high as 1.09,the heart rate can reach 192 bpm,and the aerobic metabolism ability is significantly improved.
