摘要
新时代的教育背景对幼儿园园本教研提出了新的要求。园本教研作为教师专业发展的主要抓手,也是实现园所高质量发展的重要途径。以质量为价值取向,阐述了有质量教研的基本特质,并基于幼儿园实践,以“实证”“闭环”“思辨”为切入点,提出园本教研变革要从“经验惯性”走向“循证决策”、从“学术语境”走向“真实境地”、从“单向对话”走向“多边对话”,有力构建高质量、高品质的教研生态。
The educational context of the new era imposes new requirements on kindergarten-based teaching and research.As the main focus of teachers’professional development,kindergarten-based teaching and research is also an important way to achieve high-quality development of kindergartens.With quality as the value orientation,this article expounds the basic characteristics of quality teaching and research,and based on the practice of kindergartens,taking“empirical evidence”,“closed loop”and“critical thinking”as the entry point,proposes that the transformation of kindergarten-based teaching and research should move from“experience inertia”to“evidence-based decision-making”,from“academic context”to“real situation”,and from“one-way dialogue”to“multilateral dialogue”,so as to effectively build a high-quality teaching and research ecosystem.
