差异化视域下幼儿园教师队伍建设的现实困境与对策

摘要 幼儿教师的专业成长是幼儿园发展的核心问题,由于队伍建设惯用的“一把尺”现象,使当前教师队伍普遍面临“情感态度两端现象”“基本能力参差不齐”“反思性实践失衡问题”等现实困境。基于一线教师在兴趣、需求、特长和文化背景等方面的个体差异性,为尊重并珍视这种差异所蕴含的多样性和丰富性的实践价值,探索并形成破解问题的思路与对策。一是聚焦共性:基于价值认同,唤醒成长动力;二是尊重个性:基于差异需求,开放多元路径。“求同存异”队伍建设新格局的成型,兼顾教师纵向进阶与横向差异化发展的特点,促进教育理念在生动的教育实践中生根发芽,切实帮助广大教师重塑专业自信,进而绘制契合自我的成长蓝图。 The professional growth of preschool teachers is the core issue of kindergarten development.Due to the“one ruler”phenomenon commonly used in team construction,the current teachers are generally faced with realistic difficulties such as“the phenomenon of two ends of emotional attitudes”,“uneven basic ability”and“reflective practice imbalance”.Based on the individual differences of front-line teachers in terms of interests,needs,strengths and cultural background,and in order to respect and cherish the practical value of diversity and richness contained in such differences,ideas and countermeasures to solve the problem are explored and formed.First,focus on commonality:based on value identification,wake up the growth momentum;the second is to respect individuality:based on different needs,open multiple paths.The formation of a new pattern of“seeking common ground while reserving differences”team construction takes into account the characteristics of teachers’vertical advancement and horizontal differentiated development,promotes the education concept to take root and sprout in vivid education practice,effectively helps teachers rebuild their professional self-confidence,and then develops a blueprint for self-growth.
