摘要
近年来,儿童体质下降的问题越来越受社会重视,人们逐渐认识到身体活动对儿童体质的重要影响。身体活动在促进身体健康、提高体质水平等方面的重要性日益凸显,从身体活动对儿童身体形态、生理功能、运动能力、心理发育的影响进行探究,可以为儿童参与身体活动、促进体质健康提供理论依据,有助于社会各方更有效地设计干预措施。研究发现:长时间有规律的身体活动有利于儿童体重的保持,对儿童身体形态发育有积极的促进作用;改善学龄前儿童的身体素质,提高儿童的力量、速度、爆发力能力;提高儿童的心理和生理功能。在对儿童进行身体活动干预过程中,要注意根据不同年龄阶段儿童特征采取不同强度、时间的干预措施。
In recent years,the problem of children's physical decline has attracted more and more social attention.People gradually realize the important impact of physical activities on children's physical fitness.The importance of physical activity in promoting physical health and improving physical fitness is becoming increasingly prominent.This paper discusses the impact of physical activity on children’s body shape,physiological function,sports ability and psychological development,so as to provide a theoretical basis for children’s participation in physical activities and promoting physical health,and help to design more effective intervention measures.Mainly using the method of literature.The study found that regular physical activity for a long time is conducive to the maintenance of children’s weight and the development of children's body shape,improves the physical quality of preschool children and improve their strength,speed and explosive ability and helps to improve children’s psychological and physiological functions.In the process of physical activity intervention for children,we should pay attention to taking intervention measures with different intensity and time according to the characteristics of children at different ages.
