图书馆文化视域下大学生隐性思想政治教育长效机制构建研究

摘要 高校隐性思政教育与显性思政教育相比较,其优势表现为能够让高校大学生直接或间接地感受到教学课堂之外的思政教育,让其个性发展和身心健康将得到全面提升。大学生隐性思政教育与高校图书馆文化二者既对应又统一:隐性思政教育内涵着图书馆文化意蕴(即文化育人);图书馆文化既丰富了隐性思政教育的内容,又是隐性思政教育的重要组成部分。为了增强高校隐性思政教育的实效性与针对性,提升我国大学生思政综合素质,并与社会主义核心价值观保持同步性与一致性,实现我国高校大学生隐性思政教育与高校图书馆文化和谐统一,文中构建了七维度的长效柔性机制:需求机制、决策机制、实施机制、评估机制、激励机制、保障机制和回头看机制,确保我国高校隐性思政教育全方位落实,充分发挥高校图书馆文化在隐性思政教育中的功能。 Compared to explicit ideological and political education,the advantage of implicit ideological and political education in universities lies in its ability to allow college students to directly or indirectly experience ideological and political education beyond the classroom.This leads to comprehensive improvements in their personal development and physical and mental well-being.Implicit ideological and political education for college students corresponds to and integrates with the culture of university libraries.The essence of implicit ideological and political education embodies the cultural significance of library culture,which contributes to the cultivation of cultural awareness.Library culture enriches the content of implicit ideological and political education while also being an integral part of it.To enhance the effectiveness and pertinence of implicit ideological and political education in universities,improve the comprehensive qualities of ideological and political education among Chinese college students,and ensure synchronicity and consistency with the socialist core values,it is necessary to achieve harmonious integration between implicit ideological and political education for college students and the culture of university libraries.In this paper,a long-term and flexible mechanism with seven dimensions is proposed:the demand mechanism,decision-making mechanism,implementation mechanism,evaluation mechanism,incentive mechanism,guarantee mechanism,and review mechanism.These mechanisms ensure the comprehensive implementation of implicit ideological and political education in Chinese universities and fully utilize the role of library culture in implicit ideological and political education.
