摘要
面对日益严峻的人口少子化问题,日本有计划地在中小学家庭科课程中开展以遏止少子化为目的的价值观教育。从21世纪初开始,日本政府通过宏观规划、政策保障和课标融入等方式为家庭科课程设计了明确的家庭观、生育观和两性观教育内容,并通过家政技能实践、“男女共学”和校社协同联动等方式深化青少年对组建家庭和养育后代的价值认同。近年来,中国“低生育率”问题愈加凸显,亟须有针对性地通过学校课程开展价值观教育,树立倡导积极的婚育观念,发挥好教育促进人口可持续发展的重要作用。
Faced with problem of increasing low fertility rate,Japan has planned to carry out values education in family science curriculum in primary and secondary schools with the aim of curbing this trend.Since the beginning of the 21st century,the Japanese government has designed clear educational content on family,fertility,and gender perspectives for family science subject through plannings,policies and the curriculum standards.In terms of teaching methods,the Japanese family science subject mainly enhance the awareness of family and marriage among young people through practical household skills,the education cooperation between men and women,and school community collaboration.In recent years,the problem of low fertility rate in China has become increasingly prominent,and there is an urgent need to carry out targeted values education for young people.The Chinese government needs to carry out targeted value education for young people,establish and advocate positive attitudes towards marriage and childbirth throughout society,and play an important role in promoting sustainable population development through education.
