摘要
由于在线监控系统管线内部结构复杂弯道较多,在钻井工作时常常被污染,造成数据监测的不准确甚至无法获取数据的问题。因此,有必要研究好的冲洗体系来解决这一问题。本文通过控制变量法模拟在线监控系统中被污染的管线情况,比较了不同类型的冲洗液和其对应的不同浓度溶液、不同管材以及不同的冲洗角度和速度对清洗效果的影响。研究表明,使用5%浓度α-淀粉酶(中温AAS型)溶液,保持管线处于水平状态并以较高冲洗速度进行冲洗,能够较好带走管线内的杂质,获得较好的冲洗效果。
Due to the complex structure and many curves in the pipeline of online monitoring system,it is often polluted during drilling,which causes inaccurate monitoring data or even unable to obtain data.Therefore,it is necessary to study a good flushing system to solve this problem.This paper simulates the contaminated pipeline condition in online monitoring system by controlling variable method,compares the influence of different types of flushing liquid and corresponding concentration solution,different pipes,different flushing angles and speeds on cleaning effect.Research shows that 5%α-amylase(medium temperature AAS type)solution,keeping pipeline in horizontal state and high flushing speed can effectively remove impurities from pipeline,obtain better flushing effect.
