承德县张营子矿区zk0806孔的纠偏技术

摘要 张营子矿区于2011年开始施工,累计完成钻孔18个,钻探工作量25 328.19 m。矿区太古代单塔子群白庙组以片麻岩为主,节理、片理发育,岩层倾角60°~70°,个别产状更陡,钻遇此层极易发生钻孔偏斜,增大施工难度。zk0806孔采取陀螺仪高边角定向法进行孔内定向,选择1.25°螺杆和95 mm表镶金刚石单管钻进工艺进行两次技术纠偏,最终达到地质要求。 Construction in Zhangyingzi ore district began in 2011 with total 18 boreholes drilled and 25,328.19 m of drilling work completed.The individual occurrence is steeper and the drilling deviation occurs easily when drilling this layer,which increases the construction difficulty.The 1.25°screw and 95 mm surface-set diamond single pipe drilling technology were selected to correct the deviation twice and the geological requirements were met finally.
