摘要
本文以烟台明玥春江B地块基坑支护及降水项目为例,介绍了基坑支护设计方案及施工过程中遇到的问题及采取的处理措施,对基坑支护和降水过程中设计变更问题、质量控制问题、安全管理问题、工期延误等问题逐一进行了阐述。通过一些列措施的实施,最终确保项目顺利交工。
This paper takes the foundation pit support and dewatering project of Poly Mingyue Chunjiang B Block in Yantai as an example to introduce the design scheme of foundation pit support,the problems encountered during construction process and the treatment measures taken,elaborate some issues on design changes,quality control,safety management and project delays in the process of foundation pit support and dewatering one by one.The project was successfully completed by implementing a series of measures.
