摘要
某航天产品在发射瞬间的加速度高达18000g~22000g,冲击载荷较大。如何在结构强度满足要求的条件下,保证舱内设备在高过载环境下的可靠性成为一个迫切需要解决的问题。本文根据产品的结构特点,采用整体封装技术提高产品整体抗高过载能力。通过相关试验,确定了一套封装效率高、封装效果稳定的整体封装工艺方案。
The launch acceleration of an aerospace product is ranging from 18000g to 22000g,and the impact load is very large.How to ensure the reliability of the devices inside the product in high impact overload environment under the condition that the structural strength meets the requirements has become an urgent problem to be solved.In this paper,according to the structural characteristics of the product,the overall potting technology is used to improve the overall high overload resistance of the product.Through relevant tests,a set of overall potting proposal with high potting efficient and stable results is determined.
