摘要
本文介绍了聚酰亚胺囊体材料和Vectran囊体材料经臭氧老化后,进行抗断裂拉伸强度性能测试的情况,并对两种囊体材料的抗断裂拉伸强度性能变化率进行了分析比较。相关测试数据表明,聚酰亚胺囊体材料具有较好的耐臭氧老化性能。在平流层飞艇的囊体材料选型中,聚酰亚胺因其化学性质稳定,可以在平流层飞艇囊体材料中得到推广应用。
In this paper,the performance test of tensile strength of Polyimide and Vectran envelope materials after ozone aging is introduced,and the change rates of tensile strength of the two types of envelope materials are analyzed and compared.The relevant test data show that the polyimide envelope material has better ozone aging resistance.In the selection of envelope material for stratospheric airships,polyimide can be widely used for envelope materials of stratospheric airships because of its stable chemical properties.
