摘要
伺服油源控制系统采用PLC作为控制中心,主要通过伺服电机实现对系统压力的精确控制,并可连接其他液压设备,如静压主轴、伺服油缸等,可以调节压力控制系统输出的力值,也可以为静压主轴提供动力输出,同时采集油温、液位、压力,实现状态的实时监控。
The servo oil source control system uses PLC as the control center,mainly through servo motors to achieve precise control of system pressure.The system can be connected to other hydraulic equipment,such as static pressure spindle,servo cylinder,and can adjust the force output of the pressure control system,and also provide power output for the static pressure spindle,simultaneously collect oil temperature,liquid level and pressure to achieve real-time monitoring of the state.
