职业教育新农科下“农+”人才培养模式研究

新农科建设为农科类专业教育的重要改革举措,旨在推动高等教育由传统农业教育向现代农业教育的转型与升级,同时促进与其他学科的深度融合与发展。面对新时代的挑战与机遇,涉农高职院校需积极响应,大力推进新农科建设。该文深入分析新农科的发展历程,对比国内外在这一领域的现状,并从培养高素质技能型人才、创新引领、提升竞争力等维度,探讨在新农科背景下,高职农科专业应如何重新定位人才培养目标与发展方向。同时,该文也指出当前新农科建设中存在的问题与不足,强调创新新农科人才培养模式的重要性与引领作用,提出构建“农+”人才培养模式的策略,包括重立新农科教改理念、重塑新农科课程体系、重构新农科课程结构、重组新农科教学内容、重建新农科实践体系和重培新农科教师能力等方面,力求打造一种全面、系统、注重实践与创新的人才培养体系。通过实施“农+”人才培养模式,为农业领域培养更多具备高素质、创新能力及实践经验的人才,推动农业领域的持续发展与进步。

The construction of new agricultural science is an important reform measure of agricultural professional education,which aims to promote the transformation and upgrading of higher education from traditional agricultural education to modern agricultural education,and at the same time enhance the deep integration and development with other disciplines.Facing the challenges and opportunities of the new era,agricultural vocational colleges need to respond positively and vigorously promote the construction of new agricultural science.This paper makes an in-depth analysis of the development process of the new agricultural science,compares the current situation at home and abroad in this field,and discusses how to relocate the talent training goal and development direction under the new agricultural background from the dimensions of training high-quality skilled talents,innovation and competitiveness.At the same time,this paper also points out the problems and deficiencies in the current new agricultural science construction,emphasizes the importance and leading role of innovative new agricultural talent training mode,and puts forward the strategy of constructing"agriculture plus"talent training mode.It includes re-establishing the concept of new agricultural science and education reform,reshaping the new agricultural curriculum system,reconstructing the new agricultural curriculum structure,reorganizing the new agricultural teaching content,rebuilding the new agricultural practice system,re-cultivating the ability of new agricultural teachers,and so on.Strive to create a comprehensive,systematic,practice-oriented and innovative talent training system.Through the implementation of the"agriculture plus"talent training model,we can train more talents with high quality,innovative ability and practical experience for the agricultural field,and promote the sustainable development and progress of the agricultural field.
